General Information
The Examiner Payment System is an official web application designed to manage, process, and track claim applications and payments for regional examiners, moderators, and supervisors. It allows users to capture attendance registers, calculate travelling and subsistence allowances, and handle approvals electronically.
You can access the portal using any modern web browser on your computer or mobile device. Go to the home address of the application, click on "Login", and sign in using your assigned User ID and password.
Account & Security
You can recover your User ID using the "Find User ID" feature. Click on the Find User ID link in the navigation menu (or the login screen), enter your registered National ID Card Number, and click search. If matching records are found, the system will display your User ID / Username.
If you are already logged in:
- Go to your Profile settings or click on your initials in the upper right.
- Select "Change Password".
- Enter your current password followed by your new password, then save.
If you cannot log in, please contact your cluster administrator or helpdesk supervisor to request a temporary password reset.

Role Guidelines & Responsibilities
Subject Managers are responsible for reviewing details submitted by Examiners under their assigned subject codes, monitoring attendance, resolving missing marking cards, and approving/recommending claims for processing.
Centre Supervisors and Monitors must record real-time examiner check-in/check-out sessions, complete physical registers, and mark daily attendance statuses (Present/Absent) to ensure data compliance before claim submissions can proceed.
